We had a very nice time. Fairly clean and perfect hotel with marvellous and absolutely perfect location close to everything, just what we needed. The rooms turned out to be newly remodelled and fine with a bar, a balcony. All of the staff was amazingly nice and very pleasant and attentive to guests.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

Pretty noisy area.

During my recent business trip to Miami Beach, the director chose Breakwater South Beach for our accommodations. The property pleasantly surprised me with its glassed-in pool, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling city. The hotel's attention to detail in providing these amenities truly added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

Pleasant and overall clean place to stay in, it has genuinely helpful and knowledgeable staff who works the late shift. The location is decent, we could see city. Have a drink at the roof top bar.

Beautiful and amazing venue, magnificent location short walk to beach and ocean, the surrounding area and a night club until 5:30 in the morning. Modern and a decent size units available with a queen size bed, a bar, as example. Fab and excellent meals.

It has perfect central location in walking distance of buses heading downtown. Make sure you stay in the double room in a very good condition.

breakfast at a cafe around 250m from the hotel is convenient with a voucher provided. The location is great, right opposite the beach, and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary beach chairs and towels, as well as the free bike facilities. The check-in and check-out process was simple, and the rooms were clean and well-furnished, making our stay comfortable.

Perfect location by the noisiest clubs on the planet playing the worst music with views to Miami beach. Very supportive and amiable staff who works the late shift.

Marvellous location with private parking by hotel. Approximately 26 minutes' drive from airport.

The hotel is in an ideal and decent location right across the street from the beach. It's short walk from The Clevelander Bar with nice drinks and cocktails.

It was recently refurbished, big and with a view.

The location is marvellous, 15 minutes' walk to Collins Avenue. What's more, it's not too far from the heart of the city.

The location is absolutely amazing, with the beach, restaurants, and shops just a stone's throw away. It's so convenient and perfect for exploring! The staff, especially Lily at the front desk, were incredible and really made us feel at home. The use of beach chairs and towels was a huge bonus, saving us money and hassle. The rooms were modern and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of adventure.

They gave us an a double room in a very good condition. Its location was favourable on ocean drive.
